Terms of service

By commissioning a fursuit from Nightless Creations, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

When commissioning from me, I'm going to need your contact details like real name, address and phone number. These informations will be used only for shipping purposes and will not be forwarded to any third parties.

I do not work with minors anymore. You must be at least 18 years old to commission a fursuit from me, or your parent/legal tutor can make a purchase for you.

I do not work with homophobic, transphobic, pedos, zoos or otherwise unsafe persons. I keep the right to cancel the order if a client becomes harassing, aggressive or too hard to work with.

I run Nightless Creations alone and things can get pretty hectic sometimes. If I get sick, it could cause delays in fursuit works. I also have other things to do in my daily life than just my fursuit business so keeping up daily contact might not always be possible, but I'll try to answer to all you questions as soon as possible!

I take commission periodically. I will make an announcement on my social media when commissions will/are open. Commission requests are accepted via application form. To keep it clear and fair, I do not take commissions via direct messages anymore. I'm open for quote estimates and other questions, but keep in mind that quote estimation only does not confirm a slot for you. The commission process is explained better at the "How to commission" section below!

I'll need clear, flat colored reference sheet of your character. Please note that I do not accept VR characters or AI generated ref sheet or art.

Duct tape dummy is required if you commission a bodysuit or fullsuit.

Quality disclaimer: Please remember that my fursuits are 100% hand crafted. I carve the bases and paint the eyes by hand. There might be some imperfections in symmetry, shaving etc.

I remain the right to choose the designs I want to do. So please be aware that your quote might not get accepted due to the complex "non-fursuit-friendly" design. I'm always up for a challenge, but please be aware that some extremely complex designs might not come out as you might expect. Fur is its own playground.

Know what you want! To save time from both of us, I recommed to think beforehand what are you looking for. What kind of additions/extras do you want? Mini partial or fullsuit? Etc.

- Follow-me eyes. Please let me know if you want flat 2D eyes! I would love to try to make them.

- Horns, spikes, antlers, feathers

- Hairs, manes and mohawks

- Different expressions

- Removable parts like tongues and eyelids

- Squeakers

- Furring projects

- Indoor- and outdoor feetpaws

- Strategically placed zippers

Looking for something I didn't mention? Just ask!

And what I don't do:

- Resin or silicone parts

- Realistic suits

- Airbrush or drybrush

- Moving jaws

- Base commissions

- Magnetic feetpaw soles or pawpads on outdoor feetpaws

- Closed species or copied characters

- Copyrighted characters

- I do not use low quality materials to make a cheaper suit

- Electronics and 3D-printed parts like piercings are negotiable as I don't make them by myself.

How to commission

A quick guide how to commission a fursuit from me!

Step 1. Make sure you have a clear reference sheet or other art of your character. Think beforehand what kind of suit, add-ons and extras you want. It helps and saves time from both of us, if you know exactly what you want. Please make sure that you're in a situation where you can financially be able to afford a fursuit commission.

Step 2. I'll make an announcement on my social media when my commissions will/are open. Please note that IT'S NOT FIRST COME FIRST SERVE! Commissions will be open for a week or two depending on the amount of requests. When I close commissions, I'll choose a few projects I can/want to make.

If you get selected, I'll contact you with your price/quote. Please note that shipping costs or possible customs are not included in the quote. Shipping costs are calculated afterwards depending on the destination country. You can accept or decline the quote I give you. You have 7 days to reply from the time of receiving the message. If you don`t reply, I'll choose someone else from the requests.

If you accept the quote and want to proceed, please make the downpayment (33%) of the commission price within 72 hours. The downpayment is always about 1/3 of the commission price.The downpayment is non-refundable and confirms your spot in the queue.

If you didn't get a reply to your application, that unfortunately means you didn't get selected this time. You're always welcome to try again in the next opening!

PLEASE MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER TOO. Some emails can get lost there.

Step 3. You've successfully accepted the quote and paid the downpayment. Congratulatios! You are now officially in the queue! I'll keep you updated about fur approval, estimated completion time and so on. I will also provide you with occasional WIP photos. Please note that I don't work with tight deadlines anymore. The completion time I give you is a rough estimate.

Step 4. When your commission is completed, I'll calculate the shipping costs for you to your desired shipping address. Nothing will be shipped until the commission is fully paid. Arranging a local pickup or a delivery to an event where I am also going is possible.

Step 5: Congratulations! You have received your fursuit! Now it's time to go wild and enjoy it! :)

Payment & Shipping

All prices are in EUROS (€)! Payments will be accepted via Bank transfer or PayPal. I do not accept crypto currencies or trades.

I offer flexible payment plans. You can pay your commission in parts during the process or in full after it's completed. Shipping will be calculated separately.

Fursuits are shipped from FINLAND. Shipping costs and possible customs are NOT included in the fursuit price! Shipping costs varies depending on the destination country and the package size. I will provide you with a tracking number after I have shipped your package.

I'm not responsible for any damaged or lost products during the shipping process. I will, of course, try my best to help in case something happens.

Local pick-ups are negotiable.

Fursuit warranty & Repairs

Your custom fursuit and parts have a 6 month warranty starting from when you've recieved your order. This warranty covers parts that that get damaged under a normal and careful use. For example: Ripped seams or loose claws.

Repair costs that goes under warranty, are repaired for free. Unfortunately possible shipping costs are paid by the client.

Warranty does not cover damage that is caused by accidents or clearly visible tampering. For example: Your own modifications, fire damage or if your fursuit is crushed by a herd of 274 buffaloes.

After 6 months, I can provide repairing services for a fee. This fee is discussed with the client.

I do not repair suits by other makers.

Refunds & Cancellation

Before commissioning a fursuit from us, please make sure it's in your budget and you are gonna be able to pay it in time.

I DO NOT refund the 33% down payment for ANY REASONS since it has been used for material costs. (Unless I have to cancel your commssion for my personal reasons which the customer has no influence on. Health problems for example.)

Refunds of unfinished projects depends on how far I've progressed with your commission and how much has been paid for it. For example if you have already paid in full, the refund is smaller the further I've progressed.

In case you want to cancel your fursuit commission that I have already started, or if you don't pay finished commission in time and I interpret it as canceled, I'll make some changes so it doesn't look like your character anymore, and I'll sell it to someone else.

Refunds are not available when your commission is finished. I do not accept any kind of refunds after I have shipped your suit.

If you want to resell your suit, you are free to do so, but please remember that it would be disrespectful towards the maker to ask for more than you've paid for it. Please do not resell with the intention to make profit.
