Terms of service

You must be 18 years old in order to commission a fursuit from Nightless Creations.

Minors require a permission from their parents or guardian and the process must be discussed directly with them. If a permission is given, we can proceed with the commission.

I do not, however, recommend to order a custom fullsuit if you are 16 years and under.

I remain the right to choose the designs I want to do. So please be aware that your quote might not get accepted due to the complex "non-fursuit-friendly" design. I am always up for a challenge, but please be aware that some extremely complex designs might not come out as you might expect. Fur is its own playground.

What can I make...

+ Small 3D-printed items like piercings and claws. My fursuits always have a durable 3D-printed follow-me eyes. Please tell me if you want a static 2D eyes!

- Resin or silicone parts

- Realistic suits

- Moving jaws

- Airbrush or drybrush

- Closed species or copied characters

I don't copy other artists.

Communication & quotes

You can contact me through email or my social media accounts. 

Please send in a quote of what you're looking to commission. For custom fursuit commissions, please include a fursuit friendly reference sheet with flat colouring.

Example for good ref sheet:

After sending in a quote, I will reply to you if you get accepted to the current queue and provide you with more details about the process. I will provide you the approximate deadline and the total cost of everything. The price range varies from client to client due to the complexity of the design and possible extra materials used.

If the current queue is full, I will provide you the price how much your commission would be. You can be accepted to the next opening.

If you agree to proceed with the given commission price and deadline I've given to you, we can then discuss about the payment methods and payment plans.

Measurements

NOTE: Please provide ALL units of measurements in EU standards!

For fursuit head commissions, I require your head circumference.

For feetpaws, please provide your shoe size. (For example: 41)

For handpaws, please provide your hand size. (For example: L)

For bodysuits, I require a well made DTD (Duct Tape Dummy). You can find detailed guides how to make a DTD from the internet. I unfortunately cannot provide a step by step guide here.

For everything else and extras will be discussed with the client.

Payment

I accept bank transfer and Paypal.

To confirm your slot after getting accepted to the current queue of Nightless Creations, a 25% nonrefundable payment is required within 6 weeks. You will lose your slot if a downpayment is not completed in given time. 

I accept payment plans up to 6 months. For smaller orders up to 3 months. This can be discussed more precisely with the client, if a payment plan is desired. I am semi-flexible with payment plan options, but my usual standard for payment plans is a set minimum % of the remaining commission price per month after paying the 25% downpayment to confirm your slot. But this can vary from client to client.

Please, at any point of the process, do not hesitate to send me a message regarding payments and payment plans if you have any questions or things you worry about. I am willing to listen to the clients and work for solutions if there is any problems you might encounter!

Client is accountable for any extra shipping costs and possible taxes when ordering outside of EU.

Fursuit warranty & repairs

Your custom fursuit and parts have a 6 month warranty starting from when you've recieved your order. This warranty covers parts that that get damaged under a normal and careful use. For example: Ripped seams or loose claws.

Repair costs that goes under warranty, are repaired for free. Unfortunately possible shipping costs are paid by the client.

Warranty does not cover damage that is caused by accidents or clearly visible tampering. For example: Your own modifications, fire damage or if your fursuit is crushed by a herd of 274 buffaloes.

After 6 months, I can provide repairing services for a fee. This fee is discussed with the client.

I don´t repair suits made by other makers.

Please keep in mind, that any already completed commissions waiting for the rest of the payments if not yet fully paid, remain within me if you decide to cancel your order, with no possibility to get a refund. I also remain the right to modify the already completed cancelled order slightly and resell it forward in a form of an auction or privately.

Refunds are not possible when you've claimed your finished order locally or I have shipped it to you.

Other

When ordering from me, I'm going to need your private information like: Real name, address and phone number. This information is used solely for shipping purposes. Your private information will not be forwarded to any third parties.

We have pet dogs in our house, but they're not allowed in the studio. I am giving out this information due to possible allergies.

I keep the right to cancel or not to take your commission for personal reasons. In this case you'll get a full refund, if payments have been made already.

I keep a right to cancel the order, if a client becomes harassing, aggressive or too hard to work with.

In some rare extreme cases, I might decide not to refund you, if you behave inappropriately despite multiple warnings.

So please be respectful towards me and my decisions. I am just a human being afterall.

As a reminder that I do work alone at Nightless Creations and things can get pretty hectic sometimes. I do also have other things to do in my daily life than just my fursuit business, so keeping up daily contact might not be always possible. But I try to answer to all your question within a day or two. Maximum of a week.
